General Description
Girasole B&B is a beautiful Tuscan style home. We are located moments from St Davids Corner and nearby Queenston and the Niagara Parkway, a six minute drive from Old Town NOTL and a short drive from the Falls. We have a wonderful place with graceful archways and lots of windows and patio doors to let the sun shine in. Step through the handcrafted front door into a spacious gallery....
We have blended the old world charm with today's conveniences to bring to you the Best of both worlds, here at Girasole which means Sunflower. Sunny rooms and the most wonderful king beds with pillowtop matresses and high tread count 100% cotton sheets guarantee you a great night's sleep.
The setting is romantic.At night you can sit outside and gaze at the canopy of stars high above in the deep mystery of the sky. The breeze is soft. Your body and mind come together with nature and you reach for your glass to have a sip of the aromatic refreshing wine you found at that special winery just this afternoon.
If the weather is cool we encourage you to open your windows to the gentle night winds to caress you....If it is hot and steamy, we provide the air-conditioning to cool your body down....
You awaken refreshed to the smell of fresh brewed coffee and home-made bread and muffins or some other special breakfast delights. Frittatas, crepes, yummy apple pancakes and many more culinary wonders await you at the breakfast table each morning.
You are off to your adventure of the day. Be it a Wine Tour, Jetboat ride, tour of the Falls or Fort George, a hike up the Bruce Trail or a hunt for that special antique,,,,we can help guide you in the right direction.
