General Description

Elegant Victorian house circa 1889 situated on a quiet street in the historic area of Niagara Falls. 4 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are offered with Wi-Fi internet in every room and handicap access. Only Bed and Breakfast with CAA/AAA 2 diamond rating and yearly inspected. The Grande honeymoon suite has a king bed and corner jacuzzi for 2, ensuite bathroom with shower, sofabed, fireplace. The Turret has a queen bed, alcove with table and chairs, fireplace, sit-out private balcony & ensuite bathroom with deep soaker tub & shower. The Rose room has a sleigh bed, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi for 2 & fireplace. The Victorian, a family favourite is on main floor, has 2 queen beds, jacuzzi tub and private entrance.The Garden room has a queen bed, fireplace, French doors & balcony overlooking gardens, ensuite bathroom with therapeutic air massage tub for 2 and rain shower. All rooms have tv/vcr, air-cond, table & chairs, use of fridge, free bottled water and ice. A gourmet breakfast with choice of 6 entrees is served in The Conservatory, gazebo or verandah from7 to 11:00 am. Breakfast Brunch every holiday. The screened-in Gazebo and verandah provide a resting area in the gardens and orchard. 10 min walk brings you to The Skylon Tower staircase to Victoria Park and The Falls, 10 min to the New Fallsview Casino. Anne-Marie and Pierre speak English, French and Spanish and will help you find all activities that the region has to offer from Niagara Falls attractions & events to wine tours, golf courses and the best attractions at the best price. Breakfast

Belgian waffles with fresh fruits from our orfganic garden, real whipped cream and a drizzle of 100% maple syrup. Crepes with wild blueberries or fruits in season and maple syrup. Cheese, mushroom or/and vegetables, ham(chicken) omelettes. French toasts with cinnamon and raisin bread & maple syrup. Eggs any style with homefries, bacon, ham, sausage and toast. Served with any of the above is a fresh fruit dish, juice, coffee, reg. or decaf. tea reg. or herbal, milk and chocolate milk. I accommodate certain diet restrictions and offer cereal and many different types of bread, yogurt and home made jams and jellies(low sugar or sugar-free).
Breakfast is served from 7 to 11:00am in Conservatory, deck or screened gazebo.
Brunch is offered on major holidays.

Marineland, 3 min by car, casino and most attractions are 12 min walk, wineries, 10-20 min by car or will book wine tours with pick up from our house, golf courses, 5 to 15 min by car, Niagara-on-the-Lake, 20 min by car, theatre, shopping, etc. Bike trails,to Fort Erie, Niagara-on-the-Lake and canals, 5 min. Beach on Lake Erie, 20 min.by car. Historic landmarks, forts etc..1&2 day Niagara Parks passes available at 15%discount prices,include people mover(bus) Maid of the Mist, Butterfly Conservatory, Spanish Aero car over whirlpool, journey under the Falls, great Gorge adv.etc..
