What is a Guestserve Gift Certificate?
A Guestserve Gift Certificate is fantastic option to treat family, friends or that special someone to a relaxing stay at a Bed and Breakfast. They are redeemable at many participating B&B's to ensure a wide selection of accommodation options. Gift Certificates can only be purchased online and are immediately printable and can also be sent to you the purchaser or the recipient by email or regular mail.

How Do I Redeem an NGS Gift Certificate?
There are 3 ways to redeem a certificate:
  1. Book accommodation directly on one of our participating websites (see NiagaraBB.com and CottagesOfNiagara)
  2. Book accommodation directly on one of the participating B&B's websites.
  3. Redeem by booking directly with a B&B by email or telephone and quoting your GuestServe Gift Certificate number


What amounts are Gift Certificates available in?
Gift Certificates are available in denominations from $25 up to $1000 CAD.

How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?
You are able to purchase a Gift Certificate by visiting our secure GuestServe Gift Certificate purchase page at https://secure.guestserve.com/guestserve/giftcert.cgi. You will then be prompted to complete the necessary information and payment details required.

How do I check the balance of my Gift Certificate?
You are able to check the balance of your Gift Certificate from our information webpage at: http://guestserve.com/giftcertificates.html. You must accurately enter your Gift Certificate number to retrieve the status and current value of your Gift Certificate.

Can I choose to have a gift certificate delivered on a specific date?
Yes! You can purchase the Gift Certificate now and have it delivered electronically or by regular mail to your recipient on a different specific date.

If I order a gift certificate online, how do I know my order was successfully processed?
After you start the process of purchasing a GuestServe Gift Certificate you will be directed to www.paypal.com to process the payment. Once Paypal has verified the payment has been processed, you will be directed to a confirmation page where you can print the GuestServe Gift Certificate.

I'm buying a gift certificate for someone else. How will they know they're getting it?
When you purchase a Gift Certificate, you can provide a recipient's email address and specify which date they will receive their gift certificate via email. Alternatively, you can also email them the webpage link with the Gift Certificate details. Further, we shall send the GuestServe Gift Certificate by regular mail if you indicate that choice during the purchase process.

Can I personalize the e-mail message they get with their electronic gift certificate?

Do GuestServe Gift Certificates have to be used by a certain date?

What if the gift certificate gets lost, deleted or missing?
While gift certificates are a handy way to make purchases, it's difficult to track them if they get lost or stolen. Please be sure to print a copy of the certificate right away and treat it like cash. In the event of a Gift Certificate being lost, destroyed or missing BEFORE it has been redeemed, please contact us via email. If the Gift Certificate has not been redeemed at all, we will make every effort to cancel that Gift Certificate and reissue a replacement. Please note while we will make every effort to assist our clients some circumstances are beyond our control and could result in a total loss.

What if I Have Problems with a Gift Certificate?
