Heritage Trail Luxury Cottage and Garden Retreat offers accommodations for up to 8 guests. All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars and based on a two-night minimum occupancy. We accommodate pets, subject to approval.
This property boasts beautiful landscaped gardens, tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood in Old Towne Niagara on the Lake. The secluded backyard provides a peaceful oasis to relax and enjoy Niagara’s bounty. It comes equipped with a propane barbeque and comfortable patio furniture.
The sliding glass doors lead into a bright, open-concept 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow featuring a sunken Family Room with a cozy wood-burning fireplace. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has a coffee maker complete with coffee and tea supplies, a fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher and a professional Jenn-Air range with snap-in grill.
The rec and games room features a perfect home theatre, equipped with a big screen television, DVD player and the popular Nintendo Wii. The shuffleboard table, chess set and numerous board games provide evenings of endless family entertainment.
There are four bedrooms available, two Queen bedrooms, one King suite and one bedroom with two twin beds sleep 8 people comfortably. Two full 4 piece bathrooms come fully loaded with hair dryers, linens and complimentary toiletries.
Other features include air-conditioning, free long distance calling in North America, wireless internet, full use of the on-site washer, dryer and iron and off-road parking.

Niagara-on-the-Lake is designated a National Historic Site and named one of the most beautiful towns in Canada with something for everyone to enjoy. The Historic downtown shopping district has many quaint shops where you can find unique gifts and decor, beautiful designer fashions, gourmet products and scrumptious baked goods. Take a ride in a horse drawn carriage and learn about our unique town and its history. We can make arrangements for you to customize a historic tour.
Cycling and walking trails are just outside our door - Cycle down the beautiful Niagara Parkway or Cycle the Welland Canals Trail which passes along parts of the exiting and previous canals . If you need bike's Zoom Rentals have everything you need. www.zoomleisure.com. Walk the Heritage Trail (right outside our door) it is an abandoned rail bed which transported passengers and freight to and from ports of Niagara-on-the-Lake in the late 1800 to the mid 1900 . The trail runs alongside orchards and vineyards, and through wooded area. Niagara-on-the-Lake has Fourteen (14) Golf Clubs, twenty-one (21) wineries, three (3) live theatres featuring George Bernard Shaws and contempory plays of that era. Antique shops, pottery barns, boutique shopping and art shops on the main street. Flower gardens and vineyards galore. The finest romantic gourmet dining in the world.
Jet Boat up the majestic Niagara River. Helicopter rides over Niagara Falls. etc. etc. Call host for information on any of the attractions and request special arrangements for dinner reservations and spa reservations, wine tours, air tours, etc. Guest passes available to one of the world's most exquisite spas Hundred Fountain Spa at the Pillar and Post Inn for indoor and outdoor swimming, whirlpool, steam room and sauna, outdoor hot spring pool and exercise room with Cybex equipment. Spa is only a 5 minute walk away ($35 or included in any spa treatment)

From Toronto Follow QEW exit 38B Hwy 55, follow the signs fo Niagara-on-the-Lake. Follow Hwy 55 (Niagara Stone Road) for approx. 13 km (8 miles). On entering the Historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, just past Jackson Triggs Winery, Hwy 55 becomes Mississauga Street. Just before lights turn right onto John Street go past the Pillar and Post and then turn right on Charlotte Street then left onto The Promenade (#6)
From the USA Enter Canada at the Lewiston Bridge onto Hwy 4 05. After about 2 miles take Stanley Road exit. Follow the signs to Niagara-on-the-Lake along Portage Road to the traffic circle and along the Niagara Parkway. Just past Riverbend Inn turn left onto John Street go past Pellar Estate's Winery then turn left on Charlotte Street then left onto The Promenade (#6)
