We are a 15 minutes walk to the Festival Theater and less than 10 minutes drive to Avon Theater and downtown. The house is smoke free and has central air conditioning. Each room is equipped with a phone, desk, cable TV and a fridge.

Apple Date Muffins
3/4 cup wholewheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped dates
1 egg(optional)
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups applesauce
mix wet and dry separately, combine mix gently
Bake at 375'F for 20 min
