Mark Monisteres New Orleans Jukebox

Mark Monistere grew up in the New Orleans tradition of a musical family. His musical career started at the early age of four years old when he received a curved soprano saxophone. Mark performed at Mardi Gras Balls, on national TV shows, for NFL Player Parties, and for John D' Joreo, owner of Paul Mitchell hair products. His musical influences started to include singes such as Frank Sinatra, Toney Bennet, Louis Prima, Stevie Wonder and Otis Redding. At this point, fully embracing his role as a singer, he began to wow crowds with his ability to showcase his passion for the music with the cool confidence of a much older entertainer. Mark has shared the stage with Allen Toussaint, Ronnie Kole, Clarence `Frog Man` Henry, Edward Peterson, Leah Chase, Ellis Marsalis and many others. His voice is reminiscent of the styles of Sinatra, Harry Connick Jr, and Michael Buble with a unique presence of his own sound. Mark performs with the intensity of a jazz saxophonist combined with the playfulness, confidence, and smoothness of a great singer and entertainer.
